The Regent Village was the centre of celebrations on Provo on New Year's Eve and bought in 2010 with a bang!! From Amanyara in the East to Parrot Cay in the West fireworks lit up the whole North Coast of Providenciales as The Turks and Caicos celebrated the end of one decade and the beginning of the next. The fireworks outside The Regent Village were outstanding lasting a full 15 minutes and delighting the many tourists and locals who turned out to watch!!! Local musician David Bowen and The Champagne Band provided live music and the celebrations continued at Vino Tiempo well into the early hours of the morning as the champagne flowed in abundance!!!
