The Vix Restaurant announces two very special ongoing evenings for Providenciales. Every Tuesday executive chef Steven Dray will hold a barbeque night on the beach in Grace Bay. Putting his skills to the test in an open air setting he’ll be grilling old favourites like ribs, corn, chicken and more. Then on Thursday night he brings Pub Night to Provo. From 6.00pm real old fashioned English pub fare will be on offer; bangers & mash, steak & kidney pie, fish and chips …. do you know the most popular pub dish in England is a chicken curry ….
